Universal Single-Chamber casting Unit 

• Equipment for melting/casting Platinum (max. 250 g), Titanium (max. 50 g).
• The melting/casting takes place under an Argon-gas shielded milieu.
• The casting exploits the OROTIG’s patent-ending overpressure technology.
• The melting/casting is made very fast: the whole cycle (vacuum, melting, casting and cooling down in Argon-gas) takes less than 3 minutes.
• The melting is made easy for any type of metal/alloy by using the electric-arc provided with a rotating Tungsten electrode.
• It is possible to select programs specifically devised for each metal/alloy.
• Metal oxides are noticeably reduced.
• No tapping-slag left when melting non-precious alloys.
• There is an external auxiliary torch for preparing, premelting Platinum loads/off-cuts (only 220-MJ Pt model).
• Certified technology under the ISO9001:2000 and EN46001, EN13585:1996 standards.
